This island, was once the island of darks. Yes, darks were the only horses who roamed these lands. They had control of the island for 100 years. But, one day, a neutral mare spy came to join the herd of the ruler of all darks, the bachelor king, Leandro. Leandro was a big, black Friesian, who didn't believe that mares should be leadesses or queens. After a few years of plotting, the neutral mare, Adriana killed the king of darks. She then set up this island how it is today, with herd for lights, neutrals, and darks. AND, she allowed mares to be queens and leadesses.
