Name: Meutrivar
Link: z11.invisionfree.com/meutrivar
Rating (G-M): G
Difficulty: intermediate to advanced
Species: wolves, including quasi-wolves. occasionally eagles, cheetahs, cougars, snakes, etc are allowed
Activity: newly opened, regular
Plot: No plot, but there is a unique pack system. There are no established packs in Meutrivar, members have to make their own! Packs can thrive, or die out, and it all depends on the alpha. An alpha has to be strong to lead a pack. A weak alpha is at risk of being challenged, or losing the pack altogether! Each Region can support up to three packs. These packs might or might not get along, but we won't know until these packs are made! Come join us. Anyone can be alpha!
Meutrivar is divided by it's natural boundaries which tend to segment the continent into separate regions. There are a total of two accessible regions, which are further separated into locations. Each region can have up to three packs. The packs within a region are free to mingle, separate, fight and ally with each other. The regions are separated by a wide river, and wolves need to be wary when crossing. When the river is low, crossing from one region to another can be easily made for the determined wolf. When the water is high, a wolf would have to be pretty desperate to attempt the crossing, and it is very likely die in the process.
Other: As the pre-dawn light creeps across the sky, it reveals a land strangely untouched in its natural beauty. Some beauties are more dangerous than others, but nothing here has ever been touched by human hands. This is a land where animals roam, and they have named it Meutrivar. This morning, the sun begins to tease the lingering stars, and rays of treasured light touch the earth, the birds announce the new day to the inhabitants of this land.
From the west to the east animals awaken and greet the sun and dew, ready for whatever may happen. For all the beauty of Meutrivar, the social structure in these lands is turbulent at best. There are several packs in each region, and the alpha position always seems to always be up for grabs. Despite the juggling of alphaship within packs, alphas are forging enemies and alliances with each other. Loners drift between packs, bringing stories (and sometimes lies) that also tend to upset the fragile balance of peace. As the tensions rise between the packs, the other creatures in the area prepare for the full-scale war that seems inevitable.
